Interested in renting a scooter during your stay in Mykonos?
Possession of a driving license is a prerequisite for renting. The licence should be valid for at least one year.
- Motorbikes and Four-wheeled 50-80cc :
- EU countries – Type AM, A1, A2, A
- Non-EU countries – Type A, International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Motorcycles 125cc :
- EU countries – Type A1, A2, A
- Non-EU countries – Type A, International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Motorcycles 150cc :
- EU countries – Type A2, A
- Non-EU countries – Type A, International Driving Permit (IDP)
- Four-wheeled 150cc and above, buggy and cars :
- EU countries – Type B
- Non-EU countries – Type B, International Driving Permit (IDP)
Drivers must be at least 21 years old for A, B and C and at least 25 years for the remaining categories.
The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Each additional hour is calculated by the fifth of the rental rate per day.
The tenant is responsible for fines and penalties of any violations during the rental period.
Unleaded only. Covered by the tenant.
Local tax – 24% VAT added to the rental rates.
Free in the whole island. You can ask the service delivery / receipt to the airport and the port, and to your hotel.
- Tenants are obliged to respect the rules of Highway Code (KDR).
- Renters are responsible for any damage to the machine, tires and wheels.
- If the dispute between the parties is the competent Greek Courts.
